House Rules 🌿

• Mandatory identification (copy of ID required).
• Non-smokers only 🚭.
• No parties allowed.
• Quiet hours after 10:00 pm.
• Overnight stays only for registered guests; visitors upon request.
• Stays longer than 7 nights: an extra set of bed linen and towels will be provided.
• We do not accept last-minute (day-before) bookings.
• When using appliances, choose the eco program and help protect the planet.

Cleaning 🧹

• Please leave the apartment clean and tidy.
• Return furniture to its original place.
• Wash the dishes and take out the trash.

Heating & Air Conditioning ❄🔥

• Use only with doors and windows closed.
• Turn off when leaving the apartment and at check-out.
• Failure to comply will result in a €50 maintenance fee.

Booking (payments, cancellations)

Payments 💳❌💰
• 25% upon booking; 75% up to 15 days before arrival.
• Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: full refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.
• Failure to meet payment deadlines: cancellation without refund.
• No-show: full amount charged.
